Ordering Process
 
There are two ways to order: The easiest way to order is by using our webcart on our website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. The second way is to phone your order through to us,  call +44 (0) 1963-31137.
 
Delivery
 
We will despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes. 
 

Deliveries are made between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and require a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.


The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.
 
All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.  


Customs, Taxes and Duties
 
At the present time (2021) there are no import Duties, or VAT to pay on deliveries to Ireland, as Coffee Products are 0% VAT in Ireland. You may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In addition, when ordering, you are the importer for customs purposes and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
 
Cancellation or Changing your order
 
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost,

Returns
 
We endeavor to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
 
Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.
 
Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on +44 (0)1963-31137 or by email b
 
We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by thecoffeepod of your offer to buy goods from The Coffee Pod and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. The Coffee Pod are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.
